Fill out the online Registration Form. Here you will create your own user name and password that will be used to access your FTP folder.
After submitting you will be redirected to our payment area.
Select the category you would like to be entered in. You may enter in more than one category. Simply hit Continue Shopping and add another category or the same category multiple times. You may use your Paypal account or traditional credit card.
You will then be able to download the Complete Call For Entries and your Entry Forms.
Within 24 hours of your registration, Dream Home Awards
will send you detailed information on how to upload your entry forms and photography to our FTP site.
After you have gathered you photography and filled
out your forms you will be able to access your uniquely created secure
folder on our website to upload your entry. We will contact you if any
information is missing.
You will have until the registration deadline to upload your filled out entry forms and photography.
Awards There will be five finalists in each category selected on a point system created by a panel of industry professionals based in part on A Pattern Language by Christopher Alexander, Sara Isihikawa and Murray Silverstein. (You may find this book on in our Book Store) One winner will be selected from the finalists pool in a second overview judging process. The finalist and winners will receive credit accordingly on our website. The winners will receive a Winner's Gallery Page and a page in the 2012 digital award winner's magazine. The award-winning firms in each category will have an opportunity to purchase an engraved trophy or plaque. They will be shipped to the address you provide on your entry form as soon as they are available.
Repeat Entries Remember, if you don't have any new work and/or feel like what you entered last year is award worthy and did not win a Dream Home Awards Gold Award for the product, feel free to enter that work again. This applies to any category.
